Evening Light

I’m so glad I chose this painting to hang above the chest of drawers. It adds drama and color in a way that feels timeless, and the flowers coordinate beautifully with my pink wingback chairs.

The painting is rich and dark, particularly striking in the evening light. With the lamp beside it, I almost feel as though I’m looking at a painting in a museum—only here, I can settle into my own chair and enjoy it.

During the day, this corner has a different mood. In the evening, I find myself looking at the painting all over again.

Floral painting above a chest of drawers, illuminated by a brass table lamp, with a pink wingback chair and potted plant beside it.
